| Keyword research & topic clusters | from $1,200 | 2 weeks |
| Content audit & optimisation | from $1,600 | 2–3 weeks |

Prices rise with research depth, stakeholder count, review cycles and regulated subject matter (finance, health, legal). Multi-page and multi-market projects are quoted individually.
Four things that move a quote up or down
Research depth
Customer interviews, SME calls and primary data cost more than desk research — and are usually worth it on money pages.
Review cycles
Legal, compliance or three-stakeholder approval chains add time. We build them into the quote instead of pretending they do not exist.
Format
A comparison page with original testing costs more than a how-to. Volume-driven formats cost less per piece.
Timeline
Standard turnarounds are listed above. Rush delivery is possible on about half of projects and carries a 25% premium.
Before you ask
Yes. Strategy, keyword research, audits and individual pages are all available as fixed-price projects. Retainers exist because compounding results need consistency, not because we require a lock-in.
Retainers run month to month after an initial three-month period — long enough for the work to be measurable. Projects have no commitment beyond the project itself.
Paid media, link building, technical SEO implementation and design. We will flag technical blockers we find and can recommend specialists we trust, but we do not invoice for work we do not do.
Retainers are invoiced on the first of the month, projects 50% up front and 50% on delivery. We accept bank transfer, card and, for US clients, ACH. Net 14 terms.
Up or down, with 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Most clients start at Growth and adjust after the first quarter's results.
Yes. Around a quarter of our work is white-labelled for marketing agencies, with agency-branded briefs and reporting. Ask for agency rates.
