FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything clients ask before signing — process, quality, results and commercial terms. If your question is not here, ask us directly and we will add it.

Working with us

Send the contact form or email us. We reply within one business day with either a proposal or a short list of questions. If it looks like a fit, we book a 45-minute discovery call, then send a fixed-price scope. Most projects start within two weeks of first contact.

A writer, an editor and (on retainers) a strategist. You meet all of them during onboarding and they stay on your account. We cap active retainers at eight so this stays true.

Access to Search Console and Analytics, 45 minutes for discovery, one named approver, and whatever customer research you already have. The more sales calls and support tickets you can share, the better the copy gets.

Expect two to three hours in month one (discovery, style, approvals) and about an hour a month after that, plus review time on drafts.

Process & quality

No. Humans write and edit every deliverable. We use AI-assisted tooling for keyword clustering and SERP coverage checks only, and every piece is scanned for originality before delivery. We are happy to sign an AI-use clause.

We interview your subject-matter experts, read your documentation, cite primary sources and route drafts through your legal or compliance reviewer. For finance, health and legal content we build the review cycle into the timeline.

Every piece includes a revision round. If a first draft genuinely misses an approved brief, we rewrite it at no charge. Approving the brief before drafting is what prevents this in the first place.

Yes. Claims are linked to primary sources, statistics are checked against the original publication (not a blog citing a blog), and we flag anything we could not verify rather than publishing it.

Results & reporting

Across accounts, the average twelve-month organic lift is around 300%, with roughly 70% of target keywords reaching page one. Your market, domain authority and publishing consistency change that materially — we give a specific forecast in the proposal, not a promise.

Refreshed pages: two to six weeks. New pages in low-competition clusters: six to ten weeks. Competitive head terms: four to nine months, and only with cluster support.

A monthly email with rankings, sessions, conversions and what we changed, plus a live dashboard. On Growth and Authority retainers we also hold a monthly call.

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the process, the research quality and the deadlines. Search results are not ours to promise.

Commercial

Retainers start at $1,450 a month and projects at $420. Full detail is on the pricing page.

You do. Full copyright transfers to you on payment, including briefs, research and drafts.

Yes, routinely, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on ours.

Yes. About a quarter of our work is white-labelled for agencies, with your branding on briefs and reports.

Still have a question?

Ask it directly. A real person — usually Silvia or Daniel — answers every message within one business day.
